"My job is non-stop. I work with residents, families, visitors and associates every minute of the day to give them direction, help solve problems and so much more. The craziness of my job is what makes working at Brookdale fun. To me, the pressure of my job is fun; following up to obtain an answer that will help someone is gratifying," shares Kathy. Kathy continues, "When I get home and know that I was able to answer questions and I was able to help everyone who needed assistance, that it is cause for celebration. It's knowing that you helped someone, no matter how small or big the need was."

She not only does her job well, but she spends a great deal of her time ensuring that that rest of the staff can do their job better too.
